Work Place and Retail Giving Programs
Giving programs may be available through workplace and retail loyalty campaigns.
Washington State Combined Fund Drive
Washington State’s workplace giving program allows active and retired public employees to give to Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County safely and easily through the CFD’s online system. Use Charity Code: 0315206.
Through a workplace United Way Campaign, one-time gifts or recurring paycheck deductions can be designated to Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County.

Sponsor an Event or Club Program
Sponsoring a Boys & Girls Clubs event builds brand awareness in the South Puget Sound area while supporting local youth! Serving as a sponsor for fundraising events and Club programs provides a unique opportunity for your organization or business to become synonymous with helping youth thrive in Thurston County. If you choose to sponsor an event or program, your name and logo will appear in front of hundreds of event attendees, on event collateral, in our Clubs and throughout the community.

Sponsor Small Group and Third-Party Special Events
Community members often band together to host events that benefit Boys and Girls Clubs of Thurston County. Whether it’s Denim Days at the office, summer barbecues or donations in lieu of gifts at birthday and holiday parties, third-party events offer organizers the chance to give back in creative and fun ways.

Donate Goods or Services
We welcome contributions of materials, goods and services that help reduce our costs and provide high-quality program supports for youth in Thurston County. We accept computers, tablets, commercial-grade recreation equipment, furniture, art supplies, books, tickets to child-friendly events, school supplies and pro-bono services. Please note that all donations are subject to review. Contact Tami Collins at tcollins@bgctc.org to learn more about specific needs and what items can be accepted.
Donate an Item to the Annual Auction
Do you own a business or supply a service that can be donated to our annual Born to be Wild Auction? Consider making a donation such as overnight stays, personal services, airline miles, timeshare accommodations, tickets to concerts and sporting events and restaurant gift cards. Academic Success
We want every child to graduate from high school with a plan for the future. Our members have resources such as:
- Homework help in the education center
- Reading and writing clubs
- Programs in the tech lab and various art projects
We also have many volunteers who help mentor our club members.
Character & Citizenship
Every day, our members are taught about:
- Being respectful
- Being responsible
- Having integrity in their lives and interactions with others
We maintain these expectations not just for our kids, but also for our staff and volunteers, whose leadership and mentoring help guide our young people by example.
Healthy Lifestyles
We want children to live healthy, active lifestyles and practice making good decisions for themselves. In order to achieve this, we:
- Serve nutritious food for snack sand dinners
- Encourage kids to play sports and be active
- Help them find new ways to communicate in the art and music rooms
- Make sure they are surrounded by great mentors
