Effort Underway to Locate BGCTC Alumni

The Club experience can stay with you forever.

A new private Facebook group aims to create a network of former Club members of Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County. The goal of the BGCTC Alumni Group is to provide an opportunity for alumni to reconnect and get involved with local Clubs, gain access to networking and careers resources, and give back to the next generation of Club kids.

Encourage BGCTC Alumni you know to visit the newly created Facebook BGCTC Alumni Group page and answer a few questions to verify their alumni status. This is an opportunity to connect with other Thurston County alumni, share memories and stay connected with your former Club. Not only a networking tool, alumni will also learn about opportunities to participate in BGCTC social events and volunteer.

“Club Alumni represent a powerful Thurston County affinity group for us,” says CEO Chris Woods. “Stories and feedback about their experiences are vital for us to serve youth better and gain access to the best local ambassadors possible - those who know what the Club means to the thousands of youth we serve each year.”
