Be Part of Something Bigger. Volunteer with Us.
When you volunteer at a Boys & Girls Club, you join a community that believes in the power of young people. From helping with homework to leading games or art projects, you’ll connect with kids who are eager for encouragement and guidance—and you’ll feel the impact too.
Our Clubs are vibrant, welcoming spaces where fun and possibility go hand in hand. With nine locations across Thurston County, we serve over 1,700 youth each year—thanks to caring adults like you.

Learn More About Us
Since opening our doors in 2001, Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County has become a trusted leader in youth development. Every day, we create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can learn, grow, and thrive—through the support of caring mentors and programs that grow their potential.
We serve nearly 1,900 youth in grades K–12 across nine Club locations in the communities of Tumwater, Rochester, Lacey, Olympia, Tenino, and Yelm. At the Club, members explore new interests, receive academic support, and build leadership skills. They gain the confidence, connection, and tools they need to shape their own futures.
